Paul Owen Associates complete the civil and structural engineering designs directly for McDonald’s as part of their panel of engineers or through developers. The McDonald’s building at Amesbury service station was a bespoke designed building to meet the stringent planning requirements for the site.
The single-storey structure comprised a steelwork frame supported on concrete pad foundations. Associated drive through and car parking was designed by our civil engineering department.
