Paul Owen Associates were commissioned to act as the Structural Engineers to the redevelopment of this existing office building.
An additional storey was constructed to significantly expand the existing building and to create high-quality office space. Post tensioned concrete slabs were utilised to create a column free environment within the new commercial floor and to limit the affect to the existing structure and foundations.
