Paul Owen Associates were commissioned as Structural and Civil Engineers from conceptual design stage through to construction on this two storey 800 sqm energy centre.
Constructed with a steelwork frame and composite slabs on concrete pad foundation this structure needed to be designed to exacting design requirements forming part of the critical infrastructure to the existing campus of buildings.
