This Victorian Terrace house has been able to have a great addition of both a ground floor and first floor extension as well as a loft conversion. The ground floor was designed with a steel frame to hold the timber structure of the first floor. This structure is also unusual in that a goal post frame has been used in the middle of the kitchen to help support the upper floor.
