Paul Owen Associates have been working with this client’s team since 2010 and have been appointed to complete conceptual designs, produce employers requirements and undertake a construction monitoring role for the five phases of the redevelopement of the site.
We were commissoned to act as monitoring engineers to reviewing the designs and construction details and construction phases completed by a local design and build contractor.
The projects completed on this existing campus have now created over 8,000 sqm of data space and associated equipment and plant room areas.
